PERMIT#: M-1974-070
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS:PSH
INSPECTION DATE: June 27,2014
Area 3
The entire section of land contained in Area 3 was flooded and scoured as lake #7 overtopped and flowed into
lake #8. The center of the area, where a road was being established affected the most. The plan to repair the
area consists to building a permanent road running east to west through the area and inter-seeding the other
affected sections in the area. A technical revision will be required to update the reclamation plan to include
the new road.
The repaired area between lakes #6 and #7 was observed at the end of the inspection. Most of the repair
activity was outside of the remaining permit boundary and was performed by Arnold's and Anadarko.
The entrance sign and boundary markers were not observed as required by Rule 3.1.12.
Photographs taken during the inspection are attached.
