Nationwide Permit No. 13 Application Information <br /> (Corps File No. NOW-2010-564-DEN) <br /> April 16, 2010 <br /> 1. Applicant: Les Williams <br /> Williams Family Farm, LLC <br /> 8876 Rodgers Road <br /> Longmont, CO 80503 <br /> 2. The proposed project involves the installation of rip-rap along the west bank of <br /> Boulder creek. The project purpose is to stabilize two additional sections of the <br /> creek bank which is actively eroding(see enclosed pictures). <br /> 3. Description of Work: Stabilize approximately 200 linear feet of the <br /> west bank of Boulder Creek. The Applicant proposes to stabilize the bank using <br /> concrete rip-rap. Approximately 200 cubic yards of rip-rap will be installed below <br /> the ordinary high water mark of Boulder Creek. The footprint area of the project <br /> area below the ordinary high water mark is approximately 600 square feet. <br /> 4. Legal Description:Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 2 North, Range 68 <br /> West of the Sixth(6th) P.M. Weld County, Colorado (see attached vicinity map). <br /> 5. Directions from Denver: Drive north on I-25 and exit at Colorado Highway 52; <br /> drive west on Highway 52, 2.9 miles to Weld County Road(WCR) 3 '/a; turn right <br /> and drive 1.5 miles north to WCR 16;turn left at WCR 16 and drive west 0.35 <br /> miles to the property gate located on the north side of WCR 16.
