DFD agrees with the findings and decision document and hereby provides OSMRE concurrence for the above bond release action in accordance with 30 CFR 740.15 (d) (3), and 30 CFR 906.30, Article IX, Section 24, of the State -Federal Cooperative Agreement. DRMS's Proposed Decision documents the applicant's compliance with the approved Colorado regulatory program at Rule 3.03.2. The Phase I portion of this bond release applies to 22.2 acres on: Cameo Refuse Disposal Area (CDRA) I Access Road; Cameo Borrow Area (CBA) 1 Sump; CBA 2 Pond 11; Pond 13 Flume and Substation G; Ponds 6, 8, 9, and 10; North Decline Road Pond 7 Sumps and Diversion Ditch; Haul Roads to CRDA 1, 2, and 3; 2 West Portals Access Road; Coal Gulch; North Portal Diversion Ditch and Topsoil Pile 2; and the Coal Creek realignment. The Phase II portion of this bond release applies to I36.5 acres on: South Lease Exploration; North Decline, Channel, and Mine Dewatering System; North Decline Road, Pond 7, Sumps, and Diversion Ditch; North West (NW) Intake; CRDA 1; CRDA 2 and Topsoil Piles; Haul Roads to CRDA 1, 2, and 3; CBA 1; South Fan; 2 West Portals; 2 West Portals Access Road; Roadside Borrow Area and Upper Diversion Ditch; Roadside Refuse Disposal Area; CBA 2 and Coal Gulch; Coal Gulch; North Portal Area; North Portal Diversion Ditch and Topsoil Pile 2; Substation B; and Coal Creek Realignment. The Phase III portion of this bond release applies to 128.0 acres on: South Lease Exploration; North Decline, Channel, and Mine Dewatering System; North Decline Road, Pond 7, Sumps, and Diversion Ditch; NW Intake; CRDA 1; CRDA 2 and Topsoil Piles; CBA 1; South Fan; 2 West Portals; Roadside Borrow Area and Upper Diversion Ditch; Roadside Refuse Disposal Area;
