The two samples were collected on September 14, 2015 and <br /> the results were completed by the laboratory on September 29, 2015. Sample 191415-A was collected <br /> from the 125-foot level of the mine which corresponded, at the time of sampling,to the top of the <br /> groundwater surface, and Sample 091141-B was collected from the discharge point of the Lucky Strike <br /> Mill Spring. <br /> The samples were both acquired using Braun's standard sampling practice, and transported to the <br /> laboratory using standard transport, and chain of custody procedures. The testing was performed by <br /> Accutest Laboratories in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
