Tri-State Generation and Transmission <br />Association, Inc. is the parent to Western Fuels — Colorado, A Limited Liability Company — New Horizon Mine. <br />Therefore, Tri-State is submitting the DMRs on behalf of the facility. <br />No discharges occurred from the facility during the 2nd Quarter of 2015. <br />Per your suggestion in your email dated July 9, 2015, Tri-State would like to begin submitting DMRs for both <br />NH2 and NHN electronically to you and eliminating the hard copy duplicate.
