permitting process. This is a separate lot and is not part of the pit property.
The LPEA power line is off of the Permit and all activity to the North where the line is
will not encroach on their easement or in anyway endanger their poles, with a 8 foot
offset from the poles being preserved. the North Highwall will be reclaimed as
approved in the permit, but no further advance toward the LPEA easement on the
North highwall will take place.
When we reestablished the corners of the permit a month ago it took into account all
the afore mentioned facts, and no mining has occurred out side of these boundaries
during our 30 plus years of activity on the property.
It is our intention to get Crossfire back into the pit as soon as possible, so would it be
possible to allow them to work in the center of the permit, away form the boundary,
until this approval is achieved? The boundaries are in place, and the center area is
large enough to avoid any boundary issue.
Lucas, Thank you for your help and understanding, and again I apologize for not getting
all these facts to you earlier.
Sincerely,
Jim Helmericks
M85-001
4-\6)\-A,606v5
From: West - DNR, Lucas
Sent: Monday, November 16, 2015 12:06 PM
To: Nathan Barton ; durangogravel frontier.net
Subject: Response to Corrective Actions Report
All,
I lere is a PDF copy of my response to your corrective actions report.
