6 (FORM 2 - Public filing) <br />8. D1scribe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and redistributed for the re-establishment of <br />vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil redistribution depth: <br />TOPSOIL DEPTH DOES NOT EXCEED 12 IN. ANY TOPSOIL TO BE STOCKPILED <br />SEPERATELY FROM OVERBURDEN AND WILL BE REDISTRIBUTED AFTER <br />BACKFILLING. <br />9. De <br />scribe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required abandonment procedures): <br />N/A <br />10. De <br />spe <br />cribe how portals, adits, shafts, ponds, excavations, or other disturbances will be reclaimed (refer to Rule 3 and Rule 5 for <br />:ific reclamation performance standards). You may wish to contact the Division for closure specifications. <br />ALL PITS TO BE BACKFILLED AND COVERED WITH STOCKPILED TOPSOIL AND <br />SgED MIXTURE. SURFACE WATER DIVERSION STRUCTURES WILL BE <br />Cc?NSTRUCTED ( DOWNED LOGS AND ROCKS) AT ALL BACKFILL PITS. <br />11. Decribe how roads will be reclaimed or returned to their pre -prospecting (or better) condition: <br />NO ROADS TO BE CONSTRUCTED. <br />
