The application was
found complete on August 30, 2013.
On October 29, 2013 an initial adequacy review letter sent by the Division stated that Permit
Renewal 6 (RN -06) could not be approved, or even properly reviewed, until such time as
Technical Revision 68 (TR -68) had been approved. TR -68 was a response to the Mid -Term
Permit Review (MT -06), and made changes to large sections of the permit text, as well as several
maps and exhibits. TR -68 was issued on February 13, 2015.
This letter details additional issues that the Division requires to be addressed in order for the
permit to be renewed. These issues have been identified by Leigh Simmons. I may identify
additional issues in coming weeks, but I want to send this to you now to give you and your staff
time to provide responses. No separate permitting action will be needed to address these issues;
pages that are revised in response to this letter should be submitted with "RN -06" in the footer
information.
Section 1.0 — Table of Contents
1. Please update the list of maps to reflect the maps that have been changed since TR -
68 was issued, and the dates of the currently approved maps.
Rule 2.03 Legal, Financial, Compliance and Related Information
2. Section 2.03.4 identifies interested parties.
Please verify that the ownership and control information, and the list of neighboring
surface and subsurface owners are correct or update them as necessary.
cor
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http://mining.state.co.us
John W.
