No variance from contemporaneous reclamation for combined surface and <br />underground mining operations (2.06.7) is needed. <br /> <br />New Horizon received a variance for disturbances within the designated stream buffer zones of <br />Tuttle Draw, Calamity Draw and Enstrom Draw. The variance was approved in TR-68. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION VI BONDING SUMMARY <br /> <br /> <br />The Division updated the reclamation cost estimate with costs updated in October 2014 to reflect 2014 <br />CRG, Means and CDOT rates. As of November 24, 2015, the Division estimates the liability at the New <br />Horizon Mine to be $5,432,359.95. This estimate includes reclamation tasks identified in the permit and <br />includes costs for Technical Revisions 63, 64, 65 and Minor Revision No. 90, which are the revisions that <br />had an increase in liability since the estimate was last updated for the entire site with Bond Release No. 13 <br />New Horizon Mine -5- 11/25/2015 <br />
