Section 2.05 — Operations and Reclamation Plan
2. Revised page 2.05-181.10 has been updated; the second paragraph under the Fish Creek section
indicates the extent of flooding is presented in Exhibit 25Yfor the WMD. The exhibit cited should be
Exhibit 25Z Please revise this page to cite the correct Exhibit.
Response: The referenced page has been reviewed and revised to address the noted error in the exhibit
reference. Copies of the revised page accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP.
3. TC submitted revised pages 2.05-181.13, 181.15 and 181.16. The last paragraph continues from
page 181.13 to 181.15. It appears page 181.14 was skipped in the pagination. Please re paginate
these three pages to 2.05-181.13, 181.14 and 181.15.

4. Rule 2.05.6(6)(c)(ii) requires that the application shall include an appropriate map, prepared
according to the standards of section 2. 10, showing the location of monuments to be installed and
structures to be monitored within the permit and adjacent area. Revised pages 2.05-191.8 and 191.9
indicate that TC will monitor monuments along RCR33 and the Railroad. TC updated Map WC23
for PRI0 to include more details about subsidence monitoring points for RCR33, the Railroad and
the Powerlines in the legend area. For PRI 1, please revised Map WC23 to add this information.
Response: The referenced map has been reviewed and revised to add the subsidence monitoring information.

5. In the NW `/ of Section 13, TSN R86 West, a very steep slope with potential rock outcrops is located
above RCR33. The Division agrees that placing signs at the entrance of County Road 33 into the
subsidence area would be a good practice. Also, the Division requests that visual monitoring of the
area in question be conducted during the time periods TC will be monitoring County Road 33 for
subsidence. Please revise the subsidence monitoring plan submitted for County Road 33 to include
conducting visual monitoring of this area and a discussion of what actions will be taken should
unstable conditions and rockfall be observed.
Response: The subsidence monitoring plan has been reviewed and revised to include the additional information
on monitoring and remedial action for the rock outcrop area. Copies of revised pages for the subsidence
monitoring plan section accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP.
6. TC updated the subsidence monitoring program discussed on pages 2.05-191.8 to 191.10 with PRIO
with the August 12, 2015 submittal. For the Powerline, TC indicated monitoring will be conducted
