This access allows for ingress and <br />egress and activities associated with the remediation of public lands resulting from the <br />unauthorized mining operation (removal of material) on said public land. This remediation will <br />be completed under the operating plan as approved by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety and the approval of the BLM. <br />This access also is granted for activities associated with the relocation and restoration of <br />Vermillion Creek under the restoration plan approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, <br />the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the BLM Little Snake Field Office. Said restoration will <br />include the removal of the bridge from public land, the timing of which will be a part of the <br />overall plan to relocate and re-establish Vermillion Creek in its original location. The use of the <br />existing pivot shall be authorized if needed for restoration of Vermillion Creek and its associated <br />vegetation.
