The Motion for Accelerated Hearing is hereby GRANTED; <br />2. The hearing to consider the Notice Procedures Motion shall be held at the United <br />States Bankruptcy Court, Courtroom 376, United States Bankruptcy Court, 350 South Main <br />Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101 on November 30, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. (Mountain time) <br />("Hearing"); <br />3. The last day for filing written objections to the Notice Procedures Motion with the <br />Court and serving the same on counsel for the Debtors is fixed at one (1) business days prior to <br />the Hearing; <br />4. Failure to file and serve a timely and proper objection to the Notice Procedures <br />Motion may be deemed to constitute consent to the relief requested in the Notice Procedures <br />Motion; and <br />5.
