The list of chemicals to be stored at the Revenue Mine are as follows: <br />1). Potassium Amyl Xanthante (PAX) Collector — (1) 55 gal. Drum on site Minimum, <br />1 X drums Maximum <br />2). Copper Sulfate Crystals— (3) 50 lb. bags Minimum, (9) 50 lb. bags Maximum <br />3). Zinc Sulfate — (3) 50 lb. bags Minimum, (9) 501b. bags Maximum <br />4). Flottec F-120 Frother/Collector (Aero 404) — (1) 55 gal. Drum on site Minimum, <br />1 X drums Maximum <br />5). Lime (Hydrated) — (50) 50 lb bags Minimum, (150) 50 lb. bags Maximum <br />6). Flotecc or Dow Frother 534 (MIBC) — (1) 55 gal. Drum Minimum, 1 '2 55 gal. Drums Maximum <br />7). Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) — (1) 250 gal. Tote Minimum, 1 X tote Maximum. <br />8). Sulfuric Acid — (1) 55 gal. Drum on site Minimum, 1 '2 drums Maximum. <br />9). Perlite filtration additive — (20) 30 lb bags Minimum, (40) 30 lb bags Maximum. <br />10). Quick Lime (Non -Hydrated) (20) 50 lb bags Minimum, (48) 50 lb bags Maximum. <br />11). Orfom D8 — (1) 5 gal. Drum Minimum, (1) 55 gal. Drum Maximum. <br />The maximum amount of chemicals to be stored on site at any one time should be the amounts listed above. <br />These totals would be 6 — 55 gal drums, 260 — 50 lb (and 30 Ib) bags, and 1-1/2 totes of 240 gallons each for the <br />Sodium Hydroxide. <br />All of the reagents are stored in the reagent room located on the east side of the mill building except hydrated <br />lime, which may be stored at various places inside the mine and the mill, and Dry Lime/Perlite, which may be <br />stored at any of the following possible locations: <br />Outside storage tent/Conex <br />Coarse Ore Bin area underground <br />CV -05 conveyor belt underground <br />(Bulk) Stored in the main entry to the mill underground <br />Crusher Gallery underground <br />Tailings Press Area in Filter Building on surface <br />All chemical MSDS sheets for the chemicals above have been included in the modified Appendix 5, which was <br />included as part of TR -05 of the approved permit. <br />Three additional chemicals will be used as temporary test chemicals in small quantities. These chemicals are to <br />be handled in similar fashion as all other chemicals on site and will be a one-time use. If it is decided that these <br />chemicals will be used on an ongoing basis in the mill, a new Technical Revision will be submitted to address <br />Revenue Mill Certification Page 16 of 20 <br />
