Charles Tipp stated that operations of <br />the continuous miner in the South Taylor Pit have been completed for the time being. <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The access road to West Pit Pond, East Taylor Pond and West Taylor Pond has been regraded prior to the <br />inspection. Minor erosion along the road prior to the drainage sumps observed during the OSM oversight has been <br />filled and smoothed. <br />TOPSOIL Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil was being placed along the current West Pit reclamation. Multiple trucks were on site placing the soil <br />along premeasured markers to ensure topsoil depth requirements are met. Tilling operations were occurring along <br />the upper slope areas where topsoil placement has finished. <br />Topsoil stripping was occurring in the drainage just west of the South Taylor Pit and being transported and placed <br />at Topsoil Pile 16C. MR-144 approved the stripping and expansion of Topsoil Pile 16C. <br />
