Further, the operator commits that the power and transmission facilities at <br />the site will be designed and constructed to minimize electrocution hazards to raptors. <br />(b)No comment or issues noted. <br />(c)No comment or issues noted. <br />One item was noted that the Division needs to address: <br />• Page 2.05.6(2)-6 cites Attachment 2.05.6(2)-2. This attachment is currently contained in <br />the hard copy of the permit application, but it is not scanned into the permit file in <br />Laserfiche. <br />4.04(1)(a)- Support Facilities, Prevention of damage to fish, wildlife and related <br />environmental values. <br />(1)(a) No comment or issue noted. <br />4.08 — Use of Explosives <br />Section 2.05.3(6)(a) of the permit contains a blast plan that discusses how the operator will <br />comply with the relevant sections of Rule 4.08. No adequacy issues were identified. <br />4.18 Wildlife Protection <br />According to permit section 2.05.6(2), fish and fish habitat are lacking on the permit area, <br />therefore there will be no direct impact to fish populations as a result of mining and related <br />activities. Surface water control will limit surface water pollution. The permit indicates no <br />wildlife migrations routes through the permit area would require access or special fencing. <br />Limited and appropriate pesticide use may be utilized. Power and transmission lines will be <br />designed and constructed to minimize electrocution hazards to raptors. No adequacy issues were <br />identified. <br />
