I am concerned with Gary & <br />Vicky Fuesz, they are not on the site map and there is no certified mail receipt for them, but they are listed <br />under Exhibit O. (The Exhibit C site map shows Tim Carper, DS Partnership, Leonard and Donna Michael, LDV Farms, Ltd., and EMRI <br />Farms, Inc. The Exhibit 0 lists Tim and Arlene Carper as surface owner and DS Partnership, DS Partnership, Leonard and Donna Michael, <br />and Gary & Vicky Fuesz as adjoining landowners. And Certified mail reciepts of the adjacent landowner notices have LDV Farms Ltd, Tim and <br />Arlene Carper, DS Partnership, EMRI Farms Inc, and Leonard and Donna Michael) <br />FYI, I have reworked the bond calculation with 6" of topsoil (instead on 9") and Tim will not need to post <br />additional bond for Phase 2. <br />Please call if you have any questions. <br />Elliott R.
