Mr. Hendricks started working during high school for <br /> Golden Cycle Corp in the famous Cripple Creek, Colorado district. While in College studying <br /> geology at Bemidji State University in Minnesota and the University of Colorado in Boulder,Mr. <br /> Hendricks worked his way through school at seven different mining operations. During the past <br /> 43.5 years he developed and consolidated the Caribou District Gold project in western Boulder <br /> County. The Caribou District is now believed to contain a potential resource of+5 million <br /> ounces of gold and +100 million ounces of silver. Recent project status reports by SRK <br /> Engineers, December 2005, Behre Dolbear, November 2003, and Pincock, Allen and Holt 1998 <br /> have documented this potential as well as many top professional geologists who have worked <br /> with him on the Caribou deposit. <br /> As a skilled Class 1 underground miner, gravity/flotation mill operator, Mr. Hendricks has <br /> extensive geological skills, construction skills, heavy equipment operation skills, electrical, <br /> carpentry and plumbing skills. He has worked on numerous environmental water quality and <br /> reclamation projects and have supervised numerous mine safety programs with extensive skills in <br /> mine management work and executive work, Mr. Hendricks has served as president, CEO and <br /> general manager for a number of companies related to the development of the Caribou Mines <br /> gold project. He also is a certified, licensed State of Colorado Wastewater Operator 4 9514. He <br /> has an explosives license from the ATF — Federal Explosives Licensing Center and has <br /> maintained an active explosives license since 1973. He is the designated operator of the Cross <br /> Mine/Caribou Mine water systems and the designated Division of Reclamation and Mining/State <br /> of Colorado operator for the Caribou District Mines and has been since 1977. <br /> Mr. Hendricks has presented talks on mining history and gold mining to groups throughout the <br /> world and provided educational lectures and tours of the Cross Gold Mine operation to over <br /> 44,000 people worldwide,the bulk of which have been for school age children and teachers. He <br /> has been featured in hundreds of news articles, TV movies and documentaries on gold mining, <br /> including the front page of the Wall Street Journal, The Christian Science Monitor, articles in <br /> Newsweek Magazine,The Denver Post,Rocky Mountain News,CBS,NBC and ABC affiliates. <br /> MEMBERSHIPS AND ORGANIZATION INVOLVEMENT <br /> Member of the Society for Mining,Metallurgy and Explorations, SME since 1981 <br /> Member of the International Society of Explosives Engineers,since 1985 <br /> Mr. Hendricks has served on the Abandoned Mine Land Board Task Force for the MLRD, State <br /> of Colorado for over 30 years,and served on the Boulder County Historic Preservation Board,the <br /> Boulder County Mountain Advisory Board,the Boulder County Mining Law Review Board, the <br /> Board of Trustee's for the Boulder History Museum, on the Board of Trustee's for the Western <br /> Museum of Mining and Industry, President of the Boulder County Mining Association for 22 <br />
