S. Wildcat acknowledges that it is currently subject to a cease and desist <br /> order and will not conduct any mining, milling, or reclamation related operations or <br /> activities at the site other than those activities approved by the Division in writing <br /> necessary to bring the permit into compliance and to prevent damage to offsite <br /> areas and to protect human health and safety. <br /> 9. Wildcat agrees that failure to comply with all requirements and <br /> timeframes specified in this joint stipulation constitutes continued failure to comply <br /> with a Board Order and is grounds for an immediate hearing for final permit <br /> revocation and forfeiture of the financial warranty. <br /> 10. This matter will be noticed on all Board agendas starting in March <br /> 2014 as an Enforcement Hearing to consider forfeiture of Wildcat's financial <br /> warranty. No additional notice will be required as Wildcat is on notice that failure <br /> to comply with any outstanding Board ordered corrective action or deadline <br /> constitutes grounds for final permit revocation and financial warranty forfeiture.
