May Day Idaho Mine Complex,Permit No.M-1981-185,Notice of Board Hearing for Reason to <br /> Believe a Violation Exists,Notice of Possible Permit Revocation and Forfeiture of Financial <br /> Warranty <br /> Mr. Robinson: <br /> On February 21,2014 the Mined Land Reclamation Board(Board) affirmed a stipulated agreement and <br /> ordered that Wildcat Mining Corporation(WMC)complete all remaining corrective actions, as set forth <br /> in a December 2011 Board Order.Pursuant to the signed stipulated agreement between the Division and <br /> WMC the Board ordered that"All remaining corrective actions set forth in the December 2011 Order <br /> shall be completed prior to the end of the 2015 construction season,or earlier if possible". <br /> On October 22,2015 the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety(Division) inspected the site and <br /> found that the corrective actions set forth in the December 2011 Order of stabilization and reclamation of <br /> Little Deadwood Gulch at the Chief Portal and May Day 2 areas, stabilization of the Chief Portal, and <br /> stabilization of the access road immediately above the Chief Portal had not been initiated or completed. <br /> The 2015 construction season has ended and WMC has failed to comply with the conditions of the <br /> stipulated agreement and February 2014 Board Order by failing to initiate any work related to the <br /> numerous outstanding corrective actions. <br /> OF' <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215,Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http://mining.state.co.us I *1 ,o'I <br /> John W.
