Skies were clear and rain had fallen earlier in the week. Temperatures hovered at 61degrees F. <br />Records were inspected at Goff Engineering the following morning Wednesday, 4 November 2015, from 9 to 10 AM. <br />PERMITTING UPDATE <br />To reflect recent (April 2015) change of ownership the surface and mineral ownership map will be updated <br />with an overlay label. MR 09 was received in the DMRS office on 11 September 2015 to implement the map <br />change, and found complete 21 September 2015. Adequacy was sent on 29 September 2015. Decision issued <br />10 November 2015. <br />MR 10 was received 30 October 2015 and found complete on 9 November 2015. This revision better reflects <br />permit boundary of 2015 in relation to the Four Corners Materials Ewing Mesa #1 aggregate operation. The <br />submittal consists of updated maps (Reclaimed Features; Post Mining Land Uses and Reference Area). <br />Proposed decision issued 10 November 2015. <br />NOVEMBER INSPECTION. - <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />• Topsoil stockpiles observed were marked with identifying signs. <br />• Mine identification signs at gate were installed as required and displayed correct information. <br />• Permit boundary signs observed appeared to be adequate, and in good repair. <br />ROADS- Rule 4.03 <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />
