I would like to say these things:
• Developments at the icing Coal Mine are of great importance to our client. We therefore
do very much appreciate the letter, which sadly did not arrive here until last Friday,
November 6.
• Ms. Coleman is on maternity leave and I would appreciate it if you would send future
correspondence to me.
• We would hope that knowing of our serious interest in this subject, that GCC might copy
us directly in the future on any additional TRs, whether or not legally required to do so.
Your Division's coal rules seem to indicate to me the following:
2.03.3(2)
"Upon notification to the applicant that the application for permit or the
application for a permit revision or renewal is complete, the applicant shall place
the notice of ownership, precise location, and boundaries of land to be affected
by the proposed surface coal mining operation in a local newspaper of general
circulation in the locality of said operation."
