7.2 Records <br />Records associated with or generated through groundwater sampling activities include, but are <br />not limited to: <br />• Laboratory Analytical Data Reports (ACZ) <br />• Water Sampling Field Data Forms (NS) <br />• Chain of Custody Sample Forms (NS) <br />• QA/QC Forms <br />• Personnel Training Records <br />• Analytical Data Validation Summary Reports (Daub) <br />After each sampling event, the completed Field Data Forms should be scanned and filed within <br />the NS filing system. Additionally, all hard copy documents are to be scanned and saved in <br />electronic format.
