EXHIBIT L-Reclamation Costs(Rule 6.4.12): <br /> 11.As proposed,the Operator requests to have the site's reclamation cost estimate only to be calculated <br /> for Tract 2,the original 110c permit boundary. The Division has completed the Financial Warranty <br /> calculation for the proposed operation. The reclamation cost estimate has been calculated for <br /> $23,500.00;this covers the cost to reclaim the Tract 2 area(maximum allowed disturbance of 9.9 acres) <br /> as proposed in the Mining and Reclamation Plans. This amount is$4,250.00 more than the current <br /> Irrevocable Letter of Credit currently held for the site. Please review the enclosed figures as soon as <br /> possible and contact our office if you have any questions or find any calculation errors. Please note that <br /> the Division used 9 inches of topsoil as requested in adequacy item#8. <br /> A thorough review of the revised cost estimate was held at the site inspection. While we may <br /> disagree with a couple of the State's components in the calculation,we acknowledge the increase <br /> and will increase the Irrevocable Letter of Credit to cover the new calculated cost of$23,500. <br /> 12.Please note that any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected <br /> in the public review copy,which was placed with the Phillips County Clerk and Recorder by the <br /> Operator. Submit proof that the public review copy has been updated with a copy of the response to this <br /> adequacy letter. <br /> Proof of filing this response with the Phillips County Clerk is attached. <br /> EXHIBIT F-Reclamation Plan Map(Rule 6.4.6): <br /> 13. The Exhibit F Reclamation Plan Map depicts the proposed post-mining topography within the permit <br /> boundary. Based on observations made during the Division's October 14,2015 Pre- <br /> Operational Inspection,please update this reclamation plan map to reflect the topography that will remain <br /> in the vicinity of the released/terminated M-2004-014 permit, specifically on the north and south sides of <br /> this older pit. <br /> A revised final contour plan is attached which reflects the topography on the north and south sides <br /> of the Carper Borrow Pit(M-2004-014). <br /> Please let me know if additional information is needed at this time.
