PROBLEM/POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Possible Violation: Operator has failed to commence and
complete restoration of Little Deadwood Gulch and stabilization of the Chief Portal as approved through
TR -5 and directed by Board Order.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: This issue will be addressed at an upcoming MLRB Hearing. Notice of the
hearing will be sent under separate cover.
