RGS continues to assess the economics of the Bulldog Project. Until the project is
determined to be economically viable, construction and operation of future components
like water treatment, additional waste rock storage, mining and milling operations and
tailings disposal are not currently envisioned. The EPP will be amended to include these
future components once the decision is made to construct such facilities.
Disturbance
There was no new disturbance from October 31, 2014 through October 31, 2015.
Reclamation
Monitoring of re-seeding areas throughout the Bulldog Project was ongoing throughout
2015. No re-seeding was conducted from October 31, 2014 through October 31, 2015.
RGS personnel will continue to monitor these areas.
Weed spraying was conducted from September 8 through October 30, 2015 on the
following areas showing signs of noxious weeds; North and west of the main gate, along
the 9400 portal roadway and the newly bermed topsoil area of the 9400 portal pad, see
Figure 1. The NW corner of TP-2 area, see Figure 2. A four gallon back pack weed
sprayer was used to apply the Milestone weed spray in order to control Canada thistle
growth.
Other Items
The site remains in Temporary Cessation and the security of site facilities is monitored
on a regular basis and gates to site entrances are kept locked, see Figure 5.
Attached are the water levels of BD-MW and HW-3 monitoring wells. The monitoring
device (diver) in HW-4 is damaged and no data is available for 2015. RGS is placing a
new diver in HW-4 in November. Refer to Figure 6 BD-MW and Figure 7 HW-3.
Monitoring well locations are shown in Figure 8.
Also attached is a general location map, see Figure 9.
Please call or email if you have any questions.
Regards,
'fang `f(( /It",,t
Randy McClure
General Manager
RIO(MANDF:
R-WESILVER,INC.
PO Box 610
625 USFS Road 504.1A
Creede, CO 81130
ph:719.658.1080 ext 2701
cell:970.317.5355
fax:719.658.1082
rmcclureghecla-mining.com
625 USFS Road 504.1A P.O.
