PREFACE TO <br />HYDROLOGIC MONITORING PLAN <br />(EXHIBIT 25) <br />The following are changes to the Hydrologic Monitoring Plan that follows this page. These <br />changes resulted from approval of Technical Revision No. 43 (TR43): <br />• Groundwater monitoring terminated at MW 16, MW -23, MW -65, and MW -NW <br />• Surface water monitoring terminated at Newlin Creek, Magpie Creek, and Second Alkali <br />Creek. <br />• Submittal of data to the Division related to the above monitoring terminated <br />• Submittal of Annual Hydrology Report to the Division related to the above monitoring <br />terminated <br />• Sediment Pond discharges for Pond 4 and Pond 5 will be monitored in accordance with <br />applicable NPDES permits, and as described the the Hydrologic Monitoring Plan <br />TR -43 Exhibit 25 Preface Revised 8/25/15 <br />
