These areas are located in portions of Sections 25, 35 and 36, Township 3N, <br />Range 64W, and Sections 2 and 11, Township 2N, Range 64W Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld <br />County, Colorado. <br />The total area is approximately 48.0 acres. <br />Map: The areas requested for Phase III bond release are identified on the attached map as Areas <br />P1 and P2. The attached map also identifies the permit boundary and bond release status of other <br />areas within the permit boundary. <br />Dates of Reclamation Work: The post -mining land use was revised to Industrial -Commercial in <br />TR 45. No reclamation work is required. <br />Description of Bond Release Amount Request: This Phase III bond release request is for the <br />facilities and main access road. The amount of reclamation liability bond associated with this <br />release area is $443,219.46 (see attached table). Coors Energy Company is requesting the release <br />of this full amount. <br />Notice to Parties Identified in Rule 3.03.2(1): Notification letters were posted via certified mail <br />after receipt of DRMS approval of the notification letter content to the entities included in <br />Section 2.03.4 (7) of the DRMS Reclamation Permit (notification letter and certified mail <br />receipts are attached). A copy of the letters to the Weld County Clerk and Recorder and the <br />Town of Keenesburg, requesting retention of a public copy of bond release application are also <br />attached. <br />SL08 October 2015 <br />
