September 22, 2015 C-1981-019/Colowyo Coal Mine ZTT <br /> <br /> <br />observed. <br />An upper portion of Gulch A Ditch was inspected. The portion of the Gulch A Ditch being requested for Phase I <br />bond release is approximately 3000 feet in length. The ditch is armored with rip rap and no cutting was <br />encountered. Three elevation points were taken along the Gulch A Ditch at the base of the channel. At each <br />elevation point taken, ditch dimensions were measured. The Gulch A Ditch is a trapezoidal ditch and <br />measurements were taken for the width of the base and top of the channel as well as depth. Measurements were as <br />follows: <br />1) depth) <br />2) <br />3) <br />EP058 in the West Pit Reclamation along Section C- <br />previous areas inspected but no signs of erosion were encountered. A total seven elevation points were recorded <br />for EP058. <br />Section Lines D-- Taylor Fill. <br />ST004 is related to excess spoil fill and ST003 was disturbance located on the outer side slope associated with the <br />construction of the West Taylor Fill. A total of two elevation points were taken along section E- <br />elevation points along D-ctions. <br />The final area inspected for SL-08 was the area ST001 as part of the South Taylor reclamation. Part of this area <br />included a protected shrub plot.
