Please <br />address the following questions and comments: <br />Rule 2.05.5 — Postmining Land Uses <br />1. On several of the drawings (e.g., Drawing 2.05-M6 Sheet 1) there appear to be new (proposed) <br />culverts. However, the submittal does not include new calculations for the sizing of these <br />culverts. <br />Please provide analysis of the proposed new culverts. <br />2. On Drawing 2.05-M6 Sheet 1 the label for the riprap channel in Elk Creek has changed: the word <br />"geotextile" has been removed. <br />Please explain why this change to the drawing was made. If this reflects an on -the -ground <br />change, please explain the basis of the change. <br />3. In Exhibit 2.05-E5 the footer gives the impression that several pages are called page 6. <br />(Presumably it is to identify them as part of item 6 of the exhibit, but it is not clear.) <br />Please change the footer on the revised pages of Exhibit 2.05-E5, Item 6 so that they can be <br />individually identified (e.g. "Item 6, page 1"; "Item 6, page 2", etc.) <br />4. On the fourth page of the proposed revised text of Exhibit 2.05-E5 reference is made to the <br />maps that show the final postmining configurations for all mine disturbance areas; the text <br />refers to "Map 2.05-M6, Sheets 1 thru xx". <br />Please update the text to give a complete map reference.
