Debtors May Solicit Acceptances to Plan of Liquidation (the "Motion") with the United States <br />Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. <br />You may obtain a copy of the Motion from the Court's PACER document access system, <br />or upon written request at any time before the hearing from David Leta, Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P., <br />15 West South Temple, Suite 1200, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, dletagswlaw.com. <br />YOUR RIGHTS MAY BE AFFECTED. You should read these papers carefully <br />and discuss them with your attorney if you have one in this case. If you do not have an <br />attorney, you may wish to consult with one. <br />The Motion requests an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1121(d) extending the time within <br />which the Debtors have the exclusive right to solicit acceptances to their plan for approximately <br />four (4) months through February 29, 2016. <br />If you do not want the Court to grant the relief requested in the Motion, or you want the <br />Court to consider your views, then you or your attorney must: <br />1.
