The proposed site on the west side of the permit will have a <br />surface area of approximately 11.3 acres. We are requesting this Technical Revision under extenuating <br />circumstances do to the death of former Compliance Director Gayle Lyman. The request for a Technical <br />Revision No. 3 pertains the reclamation plan/map in order to reflect final configuration of the pond on <br />the west side of the Bunn Ranch site. Enclosed please find the following items for the above referenced <br />permit: <br />• Approved Wetlands Mitigation Area by EPA <br />• Proposed Map as well as an As -Built Construction Survey Map <br />Estimated Mitigation Costs <br />Enclosed is a check in the amount of $216.00 for the technical revision fee: <br />Sincere , <br />r <br />Russell A.
