No undercutting or erosion was observed in each of the channels. <br />Both Munger and Monger Creek were dry during the inspection. No flow was occurring at East Salt Creek at the <br />time of the inspection. Base of the creek was damp with little ponding. <br />Munger Creek crossing. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Reclaimed sediment pond. <br />Seeded area associated with reclamation performed in 2014 are doing well. Vegetation growth is noticeable with <br />fast growing plants. The areas are stable and no visible signs of erosion was observed. <br />The reclaimed haul road and portal areas remain stable. Thick vegetation was observed during the length of the <br />slope. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were located at the entrance gate to the site. All information for compliance was present. <br />Disturbance boundary markers were located throughout the site in the form of red painted rebars. <br />Stream buffer zone signs were located along the Munger Creek. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />No topsoil piles remain on site. The last pile was used during the sediment pond reclamation in 2014. The <br />footprint of the topsoil pile has been roughened and reseeded.
