September 15, 2015 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine TNL <br />A parting shot record was also inspected, record number LDIOPK#10 conducted on September 1, 2015, in L -pit. <br />The nearest building was the Coy house at 6992.7 ft. The max lbs./8ms delay period was 4020. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Dewatering from wells was going to A -pit at the time of the inspection. <br />Johnson Ponds 6, 7R, 8R, 9R (photo), and l OR (photo) were all holding water. Ponds 6, 7R, and l OR were <br />discharging. l OR was discharging to the flume, the last sampling event was September 8, 2015. <br />Deal Pond No. 1 observed from above, the road was cut-off at the time of inspection to access the pond. It was <br />holding water, but no discharge was observed. <br />East Flume Pond contained water. The pond was not discharging. Spillway was clear. <br />East Middle Flume No. 1 Pond was holding water but not discharging. The spillway was clear and functional. <br />Dozer Basins had been cleaned and the culvert under the road was clear. <br />Middle Flume No. l and No. 3 Ponds were holding water and but not discharging. <br />Horse Gulch Pond was holding water but not discharging. The embankment appeared stable. <br />West Horse pond was holding water but not discharging to the flume. <br />Oak drainage appeared stable. Oak Pond No. 1 was holding water but not discharging. Oak Pond No. 2 was <br />holding water but not discharging. Oak ponds appeared stable; no slumping was observed. Spillways were clear, <br />sediment marker was present. Dozer basins above the Oak ponds have recently been cleaned. <br />West Flume No. 1 Pond was holding water, but not discharging. Sediment marker was present. Spillway was <br />clear. <br />Grouse Ponds No.I and 2 were dry. Embankments appeared stable, spillway was clear, sediments marker was <br />present. Culverts appeared clear and in good condition. <br />Sage Ponds 1 and 2 were dry and appeared stable and well vegetated. <br />East Pyeatt Pond No. 1 was discharging. East Pyeatt Pond No. 2 holding water and discharging.
