Site 04 <br />This site consisted of a small deep hole in a channel -like drainage. Eighty pounds of concrete <br />were poured into the hole along with 5 gallons of water. In addition to the concrete, rocks and <br />gravel were added to the mix in the hole. Then soil collected off site was added to the upper 12 <br />inches of the hole and leveled to near the existing soil surface level. Seed was then applied and <br />mulch collected from nearby was placed over entire area. This area was approximately 30 ft2. <br />The work was <br />a <br />0 <br />c <br />Figure 5a, 5b, and 5c. Figure 5a was the small hole before the repair. Figure 5b showed the <br />repair after the hole had been filled and soil replaced on the surface. Figure 5c shows the site <br />after it was reseeded and mulched. <br />
