However, if additional samples are collected during the quarter, these additional samples must also <br />be included in the DMR summary as described below. <br />Rain event. Permittees must conduct monitoring, as specified in the Monitoring Requirements table above, on a storm <br />event that results in an actual discharge from the facility (measurable storm event), and that follows the preceding <br />measurable storm event by at least 72 hours (3 days). <br />Snowmelt event. The permittee must conduct snowmelt monitoring at a time when a measurable discharge occurs from <br />the facility. <br />Storm Event Information <br />Rain event. The permittee must document the information below for each monitored event. <br />i. The date, time of the start of the discharge, time of sampling, duration (in hours) of the rainfall event, and magnitude <br />in inches) of the storm event sampled;
