Re: Holcim (US) Inc., Boettcher Limestone Quarry, Permit M-1977-348
Dear Mr. Dupler,
Attached please find a check in the amount of $791.00 for the Limestone Boettcher Quarry to
cover the annual fee for the period from October 10, 2014 to October 10, 2015.
The Limestone Boettcher has been in a status of final reclamation. Final reclamation has been
completed and is pending release due to some water issues at the site. Activities on the site
have been as follows:
Weed control in coordination with Larimer County Weed Department — Activity Report for
2014 is attached and the program is continuing in 2015.
2. Monitoring and sampling the water wells on the property.
3. Monthly Inspections and monitoring the reclamation.
In addition, Holcim is working with the State Engineers office regarding ponding and surface
water issues at the site.
