<br />Snowcap Coal Company, P.O. Box
<br />1430, Palisade, CO, 81526, has sub-
<br />mitted a complete application for a
<br />technical revision (TR -56) to the Dlvi-
<br />slon of Reclamation. Mining and
<br />Safety for Its Roadside North and
<br />South Portals, mining permit No. C-
<br />1981-041. The proposed revision will
<br />revise permit pages and tables as re-
<br />quested by the Division's Midterm
<br />Permit Review 7 (MT -7).
<br />The Roadside mines are located ap-
<br />propmately three miles northeast of
<br />Palisade, CO at the Interstate 70, Ca-
<br />meo Exit No.46. The permit area is
<br />split east and west by the Colorado
<br />River and 1-70, and is encompassed
<br />Wwithin the following lands:
<br />T10S, 1398W., 6th P.M.: Sections 26,
<br />27, 28, 34, 35
<br />T11S, R98W., 6th P.M.: Sections 1, 2,
<br />11,12,13
<br />TI IS, R97W., 6th P.M.: Section 7

<br />Servet'y 7.5 minute Cameo and Pah-
<br />sade Ouadrangfe maps.

<br />days after the date of this publica-
<br />tion in order to be considered.
