September 23, 2015 C-2010-089/New Horizon North Mine BFB <br />noted in the embankment of Pond 001. <br />Pond 002 did not contain water. The north ditch contained some irrigation runoff water but it did not reach the <br />pond. The banks of the ditch appeared to be stable (photo 4). <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The roads within the minesite were being watered for dust control. The roads were well maintained and <br />passable. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The stream buffer zones signs were in place on the south side of Meehan Draw. <br />The mine identification signs were in place at all mine entrances. The permit boundary signs were in place along <br />2600 Rd, 2650 Rd, Z Rd, Pond NEI access and the equipment corridor.
