<br />cu„ ent costs of ruuih1ling the requirements of the appruved , eclamation plan, the Colorado Division of

<br />Division calculations estimate the cost to reclaim the above referenced site to be $66,800 rounded up
<br />from $66,789.17. This is an inc, ease of $19.446 over the 47334 currently held by the uivision. This
<br />estimate is based on conditions observed du,;ng the August 5, 2015 inspection. Therefore, pursua„ t
<br />ro Secrio„ 34-32.5-117-(4j of the Colorado Land Reclamado„ Act adequate Financial Warranty
<br />must be submirred ro rhe u;vision within 60 nays of the mailing dare of this letter. Tne additional
<br />amount needs to be accepted prior to Friday, Ducemder 04, 2015. Please review the enclosed figures
<br />as soon as possible and contact our office it any calculation errors are noted.
