<br />In an effort: To ensure rhe Financial Warranty for the above referenced afire adequately reflects the actual
<br />current costs of fulfilling the requi, ements of the approved reclamation plan, The Colorado Division of
<br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has updated the reclamation cost estimate (copy endowed).
<br />uivision calculations estimate the cost to redain, the above reterenced site to be 3-600 rounded up
<br />from $13.565.52. This is an increase of over the $9.700 , equired surety field by the Division. Ir
<br />is noted that rhe Diviai „ currently holds an actual surety of1� 0.200. 1 his estimate is based on
<br />conditions observed during the Sepre,,,ber 9, 2015 inspection. Therefore, pursuanr ro Sectiu-n 34-
<br />32.5-117(4) of Me Colorado Land Reclamarion Act adequate Financial Warranty musr be
<br />submirred ro rhe :vision within 60 days of the mailing dare of chis letter. Tne additional amount
<br />needs to be accepted prior ro Friday, December 04, 2015. Please review rhe a„closed figures as soon
<br />as possible and contact our office if any nalculation errors are noted.
