Colorado. -1 he proposed project involves an application fi)r Loveland <br />Ready Mix Concrete. <br />If any work associated with this project requires the placement of dredged or fill material, or any <br />excavation associated with a dredged or fill project, either temporary or permanent, in an aquatic site, <br />which may include ephemeral and perennial streams, wetlands, lakes, ponds, drainage ditches and <br />irrigation ditches, this office should be notified by the project proponent for Department of the Army <br />permits, changes in permit requirements and jurisdictional determinations pursuant to Section 404 of, <br />the Clean Water Act. Based on the information provided, it appears that there may be aquatic <br />resources in the vicinity of the proposed project. <br />Work in an aquatic site, including wetlands, should be shown on a map identifying the Quarter <br />Section, Township, Range and County and latitude and Longitude, Decimal Degrees (datum NAI) <br />83) and the dimensions of work in each aquatic site. Any loss of an aquatic site may require <br />mitigation.
