What are your thoughts about
them?
What is the status of the prior directives requiring the debris to be cleaned up at the Monarch Fan site and for
the removal of the spring improvement in the Magpie Diversion? I want to be sure that my opinion on the spring
improvement is understood. Water is very welcome as long as it is not bad water. If this water does not meet
the Colorado standards for agricultural use it is a liability and the culvert and associated pipeline should be
removed. Therefore, a water analysis should be performed.
still have not heard from my three requests for the oil test imformation and report on the stormwater in the truck
tunnel. Are we not going to receive that information?
Doug Corley
https://mail.googl e.com/m ai I/u/0/?ui=2&i k=e29129fcb5&view=pt&search= i nbox&th=15O38cc6475125bl &si m l=15038cc6475125bl 1 /1
