The proposed changes have a minor impact upon the approved
reclamation plan. No change to the bond is expected since all proposed activities utilize portable
plants and fit within existing disturbance. Plants will be regulated under CDPHE air emissions permits. Power for the plants will
be provided by the existing onsite line power. Water will be provided by an industrial well
currently being permitted by the Division of Water Resources (DWR) with water supplied by the
West Divide Water Conservancy District (WDWCD). A copy of the approved supply contract and
well permit will be provided to the DRMS when it becomes available.
Washing of Material
In order to meet more stringent standards on product specifications as well as to receive a higher
value from the by-product sales, Ca1X would like to begin washing some of its product stream.
