Since <br />many items have been revised, it is much simpler to provide a fully revised application, which <br />has been done. However, since Map C-1 has not changed, please take it out of the previous <br />submittal and insert it into this package. The proof of publication is also attached. <br />The permittee for this operation is JRS Mining LLC, which currently has a 110 operation on <br />their owned property in Park County Colorado just northwest of Fairplay.
