were in place; however, while de -watering is on-going, the trenches prevent the slopes from being <br />graded to the final slopes. The installation of the slurry wall is the critical path item that drives the final <br />grading and seeding timeline, along with the mining operations advancing towards the north and east <br />slopes. Current operations estimates a 1.5 to 3 year mine plane. <br />Based from the mix design provided by NRCS, and the input from staff, the applicant does not intend on <br />using fertilization to establish vegetation. Attached in this section is a "Weed Watch List" that are the <br />species that may need to be dealt with in Colorado. In the event any of the listed species are identified, <br />appropriate action shall be taken to mitigate weed infestation. The site will be monitored for all noxious <br />weed species on List A, B, and C of the Colorado Weed Management Association. Annual site <br />inspections shall be completed by inspectors and weed management shall be consistent with Weld <br />County Noxious Weed requirements. In the event it is determined a noxious weed not on the watch <br />lists exists, then appropriate action to mitigate shall be taken and follow up inspections scheduled to <br />verify effectiveness. <br />
