W-2127. <br />In Casc No. W-2127, the Court determined that the total consumptive use of <br />the Vulr.an Ditch rights has heen approximately 440 acre feet per year in dry <br />years, and thaC the 440 acre feet consumed historically is available for <br />consumption in Applicant's devflopment without injuriously affecting other <br />wa~er rights. The Court also finds drat the Applicant's water rights in the <br />Vulcan Ditch as above described may be used for year-around municipal use <br />(including commercial, industrial, domestic, irrigation incident thereto, and <br />sewage treatment including land disposal) irrigation, recreation, fish and <br />wildlife propagation, and all other beneficial purposes, including storage for <br />each of the above purposes. <br />In the same proceeding the f.ourt established alternate points of diversion <br />for the Vulcan Ditch water rights at Riverbend Wells No. 1 through No. 5. <br />By Warranty Deed, dated Dtay 2, 1963, and recorded in Book 626 at page 563, <br />of the Garfield County records, Hamilton R. Duncan, Jr. conveyed to Storm King <br />Dunes, Inc., the Applicant hereir•, the right to 395 acre feet of the annual <br />consumptive use previously decreed to the Vulcan Ditch water right in Case No. <br />W-2177. <br />In order to comply with the Decree in Case No. W-2127, the Applicant <br />t:erein has described the locations along the Vulcan Ditch at which points of <br />usr will be es[ablished for the purpesc of monitoring and measuring the <br />quantities of water and places of use of the Vulcan Ditch water right which is <br />the property of the f.pplicant, to-wit: <br />A.
