LJsing the CIRCES computer program the Division <br />determined the remaining liability at the Yoast Mine as $2,054,941.19) The Division <br />currently holds a liability bond for $2,221,677.26 for the Yoast Mine. The bond <br />document is a self bond. The Divison currently holds adequate bond for the remaining <br />reclaimation liability at the Yoast Mine.
