This notice is regarding process water which escaped from the two process water tanks which supply head pressure to the mill circuit at the Henderson Mill facility. At approximately 9:30am, an overflow of the tanks on the hill overlooking the mill facility was reported by the pond operations group. (a) After discovering the issue, the pond operators immediately radioed to have the pumps at the East Branch Pumphouse turned off. With the pumps turned off, the release stopped immediately. (b) Mill process water flow did not adversely impact human health, property or the environment. All water associated with this event remained on Henderson property and channeled into stormwater structures which divert water into the process water facilities. Water lost from this area has no potential to affect off -property lands or waters of the United States.
