Environmental Records Definitions - FEDERAL <br />This database includes RCRA Non -Corrective Action TSD facilities that are no longer regulated by the United <br />States Environmental Protection Agency or do not meet other RCRA reporting requirements. This listing <br />includes facilities that formerly treated, stored or disposed of hazardous waste. <br />ODI Open Dump Inventory <br />VERSION DATE: 06/01/85 <br />The open dump inventory was published by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. An "open dump" <br />is defined as a facility or site where solid waste is disposed of which is not a sanitary landfill which meets the <br />criteria promulgated under section 4004 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act (42 U.S.C. 6944) and which is not a <br />facility for disposal of hazardous waste. This inventory has not been updated since June 1985. <br />RCRAT Resource Conservation & Recovery Act - Treatment, Storage & Disposal Facilities <br />VERSION DATE: 02/12/15 <br />This database includes Non -Corrective Action sites listed as treatment, storage and/or disposal facilities of <br />hazardous waste in the RCRAInfo system. The United States Environmental Protection Agency defines <br />RCRAInfo as the comprehensive information system which provides access to data supporting the Resource <br />Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) of 1976 and the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) of <br />1984. RCRAInfo replaces the data recording and reporting abilities of the Resource Conservation and Recovery <br />Information System (RCRIS) and the Biennial Reporting System (BRS). <br />DNPL Delisted National Priorities List <br />VERSION DATE: 10/25/13 <br />This database includes sites from the United States Environmental Protection Agency's Final National Priorties <br />List (NPL) where remedies have proven to be satisfactory or sites where the original analyses were inaccurate, <br />and the site is no longer appropriate for inclusion on the NPL, and final publication in the Federal Register has <br />occurred. In 2014, the Superfund Program implemented a new information system, the Superfund Enterprise <br />Management System (SEMS). Efforts to migrate data to SEMS and to enhance data quality control are now in <br />the final stages.
