Foidel Creek Mine; C-1982-056 <br />Permit Revision No. 11 (PRI I), Adequacy Review No. 1 <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed the above referenced <br />revision to the Foidel Creek Mine. There are several items that will need to be addressed prior to the <br />approval of this revision. Each of the items are listed under the section of the permit and the rules in <br />which they pertain. The decision date for this revision is December 23, 2015. If you need additional time <br />to address the Division's adequacy review items, please request an extension of the decision date. <br />Table of Contents <br />TC submitted two revised pages with the page number vi, one for Volume II and the other for <br />Volume II -A. Page vi for Volume II should be page iii. Page vi for Volume II -A should be <br />page v. Please revise. <br />Section 2.05 — Operations and Reclamation Plan <br />2. Revised page 2.05-181.10 has been updated; the second paragraph under the Fish Creek <br />section indicates the extent of flooding is presented in Exhibit 25Y for the WMD. The exhibit <br />cited should be Exhibit 25Z. Please revise this page to cite the correct Exhibit. <br />TC submitted revised pages 2.05-181.13, 181.15 and 181.16. The last paragraph continues <br />from page 181.13 to 181.15. It appears page 181.14 was skipped in the pagination. Please re - <br />paginate these three pages to 2.05-181.13, 181.14 and 181.15. <br />4. Rule 2.05.6(6)(c)(ii) requires that the application shall include an appropriate map, prepared <br />according to the standards of section 2.10, showing the location of monuments to be installed <br />and structures to be monitored within the permit and adjacent area. Revised pages 2.05-19IJ <br />and 191.9 indicate that TC will monitor monuments along RCR33 and the Railroad. TC <br />updated Map WC23 for PR10 to include more details about subsidence monitoring points for <br />RCR33, the Railroad and the Powerlines in the legend area.
